AND BE WILLING TO PROVIDE RIGHTS TO VIKTOR DEVONNE / SILVER TUSK AWARDS FOR BROADCAST IN 2025 ... No submitting someone else's video because you like it, no submitting videos that someone's gonna get mad that you submitted (i.e. a video edited by someone you no longer fuck with, a duet partner you didn't get permission from, video made for you by someone who made it exclusive for other purposes, etc.) This video MUST be cleared for broadcast.  Any videos where it is discovered do not qualify the above needs will be disqualified up and including broadcast.

This is true for all genders.  Pasties are required for all participants for any exposed chests, with the exception of those who do not have nipples to cover.  Minimum g-string, or simulated nudity, with full back ok. Yes, this is due to misogyny we all deal with in real life.  You MAY submit a video that contains full nudity if said video is "censored."  Viktor Devonne will be the arbiter of whether said censorship/editing is sufficient. Please be cool. Should videos be sent with nudity, the Tusks will TRY to notify the participant they may resend with edits, however it is not the Tusks/Viktor's responsibility to make sure folks re-submit.

Seriously, no one wants to watch portrait-oriented videos, UNLESS it makes sense for the video presentation. 

No YouTube links.  Vimeo links accepted ONLY if the download option is made available.  Passwords MUST be included in submissions if the video is password protected.  Should videos be sent without passwords, the Tusks will TRY to notify the participant they may resend with password (or password turned off), however it is not the Tusks/Viktor's responsibility to make sure folks re-submit.  Videos can be sent via Google drive links (unlock them, please!), Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

Corrupted files, or videos we at the Tusks cannot open will be addressed, however it is not the Tusks/Viktor's responsibility to make sure folks re-submit with the proper variation.

Please do not send videos that are over 5 gb.  Consider your video at approx 1920xx1080 ratio for best view.  If we receive a video of lesser quality, the Tusks will TRY to notify the participant they may resend at a higher quality, however... the same thing as above.

Keep in mind we need to get the video and very very long videos will probably require dropbox or wetransfer.

If you're sending more than one video, send them separately.

We are not here to debate what qualifies as burlesque or drag, however do not submit your hosting reel, a funny song you're singing (sing-strips ok), or a short film of your dog.  There should be an element of strip or reveal, drag presence; it should read as "a number," "an act," "a routine," "a performance." Conceptual art performances that incorporate strips/reveals will qualify.

Videos deemed by the Tusks as inappropriate will be disqualified.  No submission is guaranteed a nomination, no submission is guaranteed a performance spot, no submission is guaranteed to anything.

If your video addresses the above topics (or others), please include a note that you are dismantling, commenting, or reclaiming and have the experience that influences says commentary.  If Viktor decides the subject matter is unclear in any way, he will make the executive decision if the video will be included.

Hey! You can send as many videos as you want, HOWEVER only 1 video per performer will qualify for final nomination.  So if Viktor Devonne sent in three videos: Digital Get Down, Paper Moon, and Pirate Jenny, folks could vote all they want. however of those three, the one with highest votes will count over the other two for placement.  Make sense?
